Welcome to DiagramFlow. We provide a diagrams-as-code platform for creating system design and cloud architecture diagrams from code — in your browser. Please read these Terms of Service before you use our platform.

By using DiagramFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Account Creation and Usage

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use DiagramFlow.

1.2. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

1.3. You agree to use DiagramFlow only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Usage

2.1. DiagramFlow provides a web-based platform where you can write code to generate system design and cloud architecture diagrams. Our services include the Playground (browser-based editor), diagram creation and editing, templates (including C4 model and cloud architecture), shareable links, export (e.g. PNG, SVG, PDF), and — depending on your plan — storage, collaboration, and version history.

2.2. Your use may be subject to plan limits (e.g. number of diagrams, storage, or users). We will make these limits clear in the product and on our pricing page.

2.3. You agree not to interfere with the operation of DiagramFlow or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts or data.

2.4. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.

3. Data and Privacy

3.1. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using DiagramFlow, you consent to those practices.

3.2. We may collect and process data about your use of the platform to provide the service, improve the product, and ensure security.

3.3. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. DiagramFlow and its licensors own the platform — including the software, UI, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks. You do not acquire ownership of the service or our intellectual property by using it.

4.2. You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. diagram code and diagrams you generate). By using DiagramFlow, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide and improve the service.

4.3. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer DiagramFlow or our materials without our prior written consent.

5. Payment and Subscription

5.1. Paid plans (e.g. Pro, Enterprise) are subject to the fees and billing terms described at signup and on our pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay those fees.

5.2. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may offer a money-back guarantee for certain plans (e.g. as stated on our pricing page); any refund will be handled in line with that policy.

5.3. We may change subscription fees with advance notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance unless you cancel in accordance with your plan terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1. DiagramFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiagramFlow and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or business opportunity.

8. Termination

8.1. You may close your account at any time using the account settings or by contacting us.

8.2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for other reasons we communicate to you.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
